Melbourne Herald Feb 72

Goddess were never strong in Australia, and I only have two of their ads. Despite its very poor quality, the one on the right, from the Melbourne Herald in 1972, is my favourite because of its symbolism. The lady is pushing a pram, so clearly she has been successful in the hunt for a mate, but she is still pleased that her charms have worked on the man with the dog.

Hobart Mercury 1965

(Note the two prices: this was the year before we switched to decimal currency.)

The second is from the Hobart Mercury from 1965. It is more attractive visually, but carries a less subtle message. Until I noticed it in my collection, I had not been aware that Godess made lighter weight garments.
